General Information and Policies
The purpose of Dog Daycare is to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating social environment for dogs. We support positive training methods and provide quality (mostly organic) snacks. At Your Barkin’ Call is an alternative to long lonely days for your canine family members. Daily activities include play, play and more play (always supervised), doggie treats, frequent potty breaks and attention of caring people. Our facility offers separate play areas, so dogs can play according to size and activity levels. Socialization is the foundation for healthy, happy, confident throughout their entire life. We encourage you to schedule a regular daycare routine for your dog.
Please arrive at daycare with a collar (non-choke and preferably a quick release clip) with nametag. Dogs must be on a leash or crated when they are dropped-off and picked-up (non-retractable preferred).
To ensure the safety and health of your pet and other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations:
AGE:
All dogs must be at least 6 months of age or older and must be spayed or neutered. Puppies under 6 months may be considered as space and time permits. Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and potty trained.
SHOTS:
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owner must submit written proof of DHLPP, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations. Your dog must be on flea/tick control and heartworm prevention.
HEALTH:
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any conditions, which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
BEHAVIOR:
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Please remember, your pet will be spending time with other pets, and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern. At Your Barkin' Call reserves the right to refuse daycare service to dogs that disrupt the daycare through aggressive or uncontrollable behavior.
APPLICATION:
All dogs must have a complete up-to-date and approved application on file.
RESERVATIONS:
Required. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees. We don't want to turn away a call-in customer, if we have reserved a space for your dog.
FEES:
Fees are based on a pass plan. A pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Occasional guests:$22.00/day
- 1-day pass:$20.00 (requires 2 days/month minimal)
- 5-day pass:$95.00 ($19.00 per day)
- 10-day pass:$180.00 ($18.00 per day)
- 15-day pass:$255.00 ($17.00 per day)
- 20-day pass:$320.00 ($16.00 per day)
- Additional dogs (same family): $15.00 per day per additional dog
- Half days:$16.00 per half day
Half-day shifts are available from 7:00 am - 11:30 am only- Late Fee:$1.00 per minute charge for any dog left after 6:00pm.
At Your Barkin' Call is not an overnight facility.
PAYMENTS:
All payments must be made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and most credit/debit cards. There will be a $40 charge for any returned check.
